Chantelle Broughton, LMSW
Chantelle serves as the South Carolina administrator for the Small Business Administration's Community Navigator Program. She has a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Gerontology. She is a doctoral candidate.
What is one piece of advice that you would give to your younger self?
Manners will always take you where money won't. Stay humble and never lose sight of your goals.

Talesa Webber-Little, M.Ed
Talesa serves as an Associate Teacher for 4th and 5th graders. She holds a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and a M.Ed in Educational Leadership.
Why did you choose to become a board member with Kinfolk Coaching?
I see the need for programs like this especially in communities of color and I plan on using my skillsets and network to support this organization to the best of my ability.

Caitlin Galley, MSW
Caitlin has a Bachelors in Psychology and Master's degree in Social Work. She is studying to take her licensure exam.
Why did you choose to become a board member with Kinfolk Coaching?
Kinfolk Coaching has a strong mission and vision that aligns well with my passions, which led me to becoming a board member for the organization.

Damond Ford
Damond serves as an Associate Director for a nonprofit serving underrepresented students in accessing higher education opportunities. He is a State Representative for the New Hampshire House. He holds a BS in Criminal Justice.
What is one piece of advice that you would give to your younger self?
I would tell my younger self to never give someone else your peace. It's important to keep that to yourself. AND DO NOT get that credit card in college, it's going to set you back for a few years.

Ashley Thorpe, MSL
Ashley serves as an After-School Site Director and private tutor/mentor for elementary aged students. She holds a BA in English and Master's in Leadership. She is the owner of Noir Revisions.
What is one piece of advice that you would give to your younger self?
Constantly challenge yourself to think outside the box.

Cambrea Borders, LCSWA, LCASA
Cambrea serves as a Licensed Therapist at a psychiatric hospital. She works closely with those affected by addictions. She has a MSW with a concentration in children, youth, and families.
What is one piece of advice that you would give to your younger self?
I would tell my younger self to take the advice from elders in my life and don’t be afraid to take risks to better yourself.

Malik Barrows, M.M.
Malik is furthering his professional education as a Registered Behavioral Technician. He works with children with diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. He holds a Masters in Music Education.
Why did you choose to become a board member with Kinfolk Coaching?
Deliberate collaboration with open and honest conversations can truly allow for amazing growth and allow communities to approach their full potential.

Ta-Myia Allen
Ta-Myia serves as Photographer, Print & Runway Model, Yoga Instructor and Podcast co-host of The Hilltop Glove. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
What is one piece of advice that you would give to your younger self?
It’s O.K. to be different, set goals, break barriers and set boundaries for how I treat myself and allow others to treat me.
